Hi, I’m Edyta!

I’m a coach and trainer with a passion for helping people grow - both in their personal life and at work. I have a background in:

  • Master’s in Clinical Psychology

  • Bachelor’s in Pedagogy

  • Bachelor’s in Social Therapy

  • ICF-accredited Coaching Course

    I really enjoy understanding what makes people tick and finding together practical ways to support them. Thanks to my background I understand and apply the importance of ethical and effective coaching.

Before coaching full-time, I worked in several multicultural companies, most recently, as part of the HR team at Gameloft Barcelona, gaining hands-on experience with talent acquisition, training, and coaching in a video game industry.

I offer coaching sessions in Polish and English, and I speak Spanish too!

I am originally from Poland, but I’ve lived in Ciudad Real, Spain and Budapest, Hungary before settling in Barcelona. My experience living abroad inspires me to support people who are going through meaningful life changes and career transitions.

Outside work, I enjoy crocheting, snorkeling, Yin Yoga, and psychological dramas, and I have two lovely cats!
