Hi, I’m Edyta! Let me introduce myself professionally:

I graduated in Psychology and hold bachelor’s degrees in both Pedagogy and Social Therapy, which equip me with the skills to manage groups, facilitate trainings, and understand people on a deep level.

I completed an ICF-accredited coaching program and am a trained coach committed to ethical and effective coaching.

I took a course on Design Thinking - Innovation and Agility, and I’m excited to facilitate brainstorming sessions especially for HR teams in video game companies to help shift feedback into meaningful action.

Before coaching and training full-time, I worked in HR at Gameloft, where I focused on talent acquisition, training, and bringing coaching into the company. This experience helps me understand the unique challenges of the video game industry.

I offer 1:1 coaching sessions in Polish and English.

My journey

I was born in Poland, but my journey has taken me abroad as well. In 2018, I moved to Ciudad Real, Spain, to develop the “Unity in Diversity” project. Two years later, in 2020, I settled in Budapest, working in recruitment and career development. Then, in 2022, I fell in love with Barcelona and made it my home.

Living abroad is an incredible adventure, but it comes with its challenges. That’s why I completed an ICF-certified coaching course and the MBSR program - to support people in adapting to new cultures, managing stress, and creating fulfilling lives far from home.

Fun facts about me:

  • I love winding down with crocheting, listening to the sea, snorkeling, or doing Yin Yoga

  • Traveling is a big part of my life, and I enjoy meeting new people along the way

  • I have two awesome cats: Chito and Gordi

  • I’m in an intercultural relationship, and it’s so much fun to learn and grow together!

  • I’m always up for a good movie, especially psychological dramas that make you think
